A crazy Balkan Road Trip III – Bulgaria

It is in the middle of the Corona pandemic, which has the whole world in suspense. Traveling is now forbidden! Many borders are closed, the health measures in public are sometimes absurd, tour operators are going bankrupt and tourism organizations are fighting for survival.

On the one hand, it is a very bad time to travel, but on the other hand, it is the best opportunity to get to know areas without hordes of tourists. Uwe and I set off on a road trip through Bulgaria during the high season and, as expected, have the country all to ourselves.
