πŸ‡΅πŸ‡Ή The Hacienda in The Land of Cork Oaks

Diary Entry

Near the Spanish border and through extensive plantations of cork oaks, we drive south and past Evora to spend the night in a hacienda, a farmhouse.

The owners are not at home, just an administrator from Brazil. The country is very wide and we have the whole farm to ourselves.

The next day we stop at a waterfall to refresh and eat something. This place is also described in my very unusal travel guide, that highlights lonely places in Portugal, where you can go skinny dipping.

We also find a nice village that celebrates a summer festival.
