A Kayak Expedition and survival Trip in Sibiria
Siberia… this word promises cold and distance. But what do we know about it? Nothing, and yet this country represents a huge part of our planet.
My friend Uli and I wanted to see for ourselves what there was to see here and ventured all the way out.
We had a kayak in our luggage with which we wanted to paddle through the wilderness to the Lena river. But when you’re dealing with nature you can’t plan everything in advance and you can only hope to be prepared for everything. Things turn out differently than you think, as we found out.
