Behind the village of Caniçal, the east side of Madeira offers a spectacular peninsula, the ponta de São Lourenço. This time I’m traveling with my parents. Unfortunately, we don’t make it early enough and it’s already quite full in the already lush parking lot. It is windy and I quickly stop trying to send my drone off.

At the point where cars can’t go any further, I say goodbye and march towards the old fisherman’s path towards the tip of the peninsula. However, after three quarters of an hour I turn around again because there are simply too many people on this path. A few beautiful pictures to remember.
