After our exciting excursion to the foot of the largest glacier in Europe, we move back into the countryside.

A short hike brings us to Svartifoss and an incredible view over the vastness of Iceland.

Not far away we find another waterfall, which is one of the most spectacular and most filmed waterfalls on the island, but in a different way. At Hundafoss, the water flows over huge basalt columns down the mountain and looks something like a huge organ.
